Dear Friends and Pet Parents;
COVID-19 continues to have a dramatic impact across the world, but our priorities continue to be the health and safety of the pets you entrust to us, as well as the health and well-being of our Staff, you, our Clients, and our loved ones.
We are open for Day Care and Boarding and ready to help you. You can feel comfortable bringing your pets, knowing that we always keep a very clean environment and that the changes we’ve made improves upon that: Please read on…
OUR ROUTINE CONTINUES
Keeping pets on a routine plays an important role in maintaining their overall health and happiness, particularly when things are stressful and changing. We will continue to provide the exercise and stimulation your Dogs are used to.
WHAT YOU MAY BRING – Boarding or Day Care
Please bring only food, medications, and treats.
As always, please bring your dog on a leash, but we will ask you to take the leash with you.
We have ample bedding, blankets, bowls: please do not bring them.
If you want your Dog to have a tennis ball, a toys, or a Kong, we have them available for sale. Our regular “Perks” can also be scheduled.
We have changed our Lobby hours effective Friday, March 20 (until further notice)
Monday – Friday – Lobby open 8 AM – Noon and 1:30-6:30 PM.
Saturday – Lobby open 9 AM – Noon and 1:30 – 4:00 PM
Sunday – Open 4 PM – 6 PM beginning Sunday, March 22, 2020
ENTERING THE BUILDING
As much as possible, a Staff Member will meet you in the Courtyard with a leash and take your Dog inside.
We are suspending tours immediately.
Our Team has been oriented as to our new/additional routines and what we advise as to anyone feeling ill. Our Staff understands that, if they feel sick, we want them to stay home and recover whether it’s from the flu or COVID-19.
We urge you to go to the CDC web site and become informed about the situation particularly as it relates to our pets.
If you have reservations and need to cancel for any reason, please call us as soon as possible.
The situation is changing daily and so we will communicate via Facebook, Emails and signs posted in our Lobby, and phone.
Some changes may affect you but we appreciate your patience as we – and everyone else – calculates next steps.
Thank you for trusting us with the care of your fur-children and for always supporting The Fur Seasons.
