What can I bring?

Due to the current Covid19 situation, we are limiting what you may bring. Please bring only food, treats, and medications.

Please bring your pet’s food and brand name (treats, too) so that we can maintain your dietary choices. If your dog eats dry food, please bag it by meal. Please bag and label all medications and bring written instructions.

We provide all dogs with appropriate bedding specifically chosen for them and you may also request specific bedding. We also have toys available for purchase.
Call us, please, for any update.

What vaccinations are required?

Current Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella and a negative fecal test within the year are required. Titers are accepted. Expired vaccines must be updated at least 7 days before your pet’s stay. All dogs must be on a flea/tick prevention program.

What about fleas and ticks?

Pets will be checked thoroughly for unwelcomed guests. If any are found, your pet will be treated immediately with a Capstar (at the owner’s expense) before being allowed to enter the boarding area.

Do you accept puppies?

Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old, have had all puppy vaccinations, and must have a negative fecal result. They must be on heartworm prevention after 6 months of age.

Do you accept intact males or unspayed females?

All dogs 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered or we cannot accept them into playgroup. For boarding, if a male dog is 7 months or older and is not neutered, and is non-aggressive, the dog may board here. Activities will be with a team member only or sibling dogs. We cannot accept unsprayed females over 7 months.

What is the deposit/cancellation policy?

For Holiday/Holiday Weekend boarding, we require $100 deposit for the 1st pet and $50 for each additional pet, refundable with 8 days notice to cancel. If you check your pet out early, we charge the equivalent of 1 night of boarding for each pet.

For non-Holiday times, we require 3 days notice: the cancellation fee is 1 night of boarding for each dog or cat.

Is a reservation required for daycare or boarding?

Reservations are required for all services to ensure we have appropriate staffing to provide the safest and happiest experience for your pet. However, if you have an emergency, please call.
